Penn State’s Dawson Earns First Men’s Cross Country Weekly Honor of 2011
Nittany Lion senior sets course record en route to first-place finish 

 

Runner of the Week

Kyle Dawson, Penn State

Sr. – Coatesville, Pa. – Coatesville

 

·         Took first place at the Lock Haven Dolan Duals, finishing the 6,000-meter course in 17:36

·         Set a 6K course record, finishing nearly 30 seconds faster than the previous mark

·         Led the Nittany Lions to a first-place team finish

·         The weekly honor is the first of his career

·         Last Penn State Runner of the Week: Vince McNally (Sept. 7, 2010)
